Am I allowed to bring pets?
Pets are permitted, but must be kept on a leash. Any fowling must be cleared and removed from site.

Are you open weekends?
Access is permitted 24/7

Are the containers temperature controlled?
Our standard containers aren't temperature controlled but are vented. We are able to obtain a temperature controlled container upon request. Please contact us fo prices and details.

Do you accept debit or credit cards?
We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Do you accept cheques?
Cheques are an accepted payment method.

Are there any hidden costs?
No, all our costs are explained at the time of signing contracts.

Are there any seasonal changes to opening hours?
Our opening hours remain the same all year round.

Are there any toilet facilities on site?
There are no toilet facilities on site.

Can my friend or family member pay my bill?
A friend or family member can pay an outstanding balance.

Can you get rid of any storage items I no longer need?
This is a service we can offer, but a fee will be levied.

Can you help with van hire?
This is a service we offer. Please visit our removals page for more information.

Can I access my storage container whenever I want?
Yes, the site is accessible 24 hours a day. Please ensure that you have ID with you at all times whilst on our site, and present it to staff when requested. If you send someone else to deposit or retrieve goods from your container and you are not present we suggest that you write a letter that has been signed, stating that the holder has your permission to enter the container.

Can I add items to my container once I've moved in?
Yes, you can add or remove any item once you have moved in, and as often as you like.

Do you offer direct debit facilities?
At present, this is not a service we are able to offer.

Can I allow other people to access my container?
Yes, provided they can produce ID and they have been registered as a visitor.

Can I bring clients/customers to my container?
You may bring customers or clients to your storage container, provided they abide by the facilities rules and regulations. You are responsible for this behaviour whilst on site.

Can I claim back VAT?
At present we do not charge VAT. Once we are registered, you will need to contact HMRC.

Can I buy packaging boxes from you?
Yes, we are able to offer packaging at competitive rates. Please contact us prior to arrival as we do not keep these supplies on site.

Can I drive up to my container?
Yes, you can drive up to all containers.

Do you offer discount for long term storage?
We may be able to offer discounts at the sole discretion of the site manager.

Can I have items delivered/collected without me being present?
We don't have access to your container, therefore we are unable to accept delivery.

Can I move in today?
If there is an available container, and all paperwork is completed and suitable identification has been seen, then yes.

Can I park onsite?
Yes, there is room for vehicles. We ask that you do not block access to onsite facilities, other containers and to access points. If you require HGV access, please contact us before hand so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Can I pay by cash?
Cash is an accepted payment method.

Can I pay weekly/monthly?
We have a rolling billing period of 30 days.

Can I rent a padlock?
We do not rent padlocks for security reasons. However we do sell them. Please ask us for pricing.

Can I store vehicles?
Provided that the vehicle has the correct paperwork, you can store a vehicle in the container.

Can I store a fridge or freezer?
You may store a fridge or freezer in the container. Please be aware that all fridges or freezers must be off.

Can I store food?
Only non-perishable food.

Can I rent more that one container?
You may rent more than one container.

Can I use my own boxes?
Provided that items are safe, you can use your own packaging.

Can I use my own lock?
You may use your own lock. Remember that you will be renting a storage container and locks you purchase need to fit it. Alterations cannot be made to the container to accommodate locks that do not fit.

Can I use my container as a workshop?
Your container can be used for private or business use. However it is your responsibility to ensure your activities are in line with our terms and conditions.

Do containers come with shelves?
By default, no. However this is something we can supply at an additional charge. Please contact us for more information.

Can you collect my items and put it into storage for me?
Yes, this is a service we offer at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

Do you provide a packing service?
This is a service we can arrange at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
We charge 30 days in advance, then a daily fee is levied thereafter and invoiced every 30 days.

Are here any registration fees?
We do not charge registration fees.

Do you have insurance?
Containers are insured, however the contents of which are not. You should arrange insurance. We can suggest some insurance companies. Please contact us for more information.

Do I need to give notice when I no longer require my container?
Yes, 7 days notice should bee given in writing.

Do my items need to be stored in boxes?
No, items do not need to be boxed. However we ask that you ensure that they are safely stored.

Do containers have electricity?
None of our containers have electricity.

Do containers have lighting?
There is no lighting in the containers, however the facility is well lit. If you intend to use the storage facility at night, we can supply torches and battery powered lights at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

Do you do credit checks?
No, we do not do credit checks. This is why we require you to pay 30 days in advance.

Do you have customer trolleys?
No. It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to get your items into the container.

Can I buy packaging?
Yes. Please contact us prior to arrival as thesae supplies are not kept on site.

Can I buy packaging without storage?
Yes, please contact us prior to arrival ate the site as these supplies are not kept on site.

Do you offer fax, printing or photocopying services?
No, this is not a service we offer.

Do you offer forklift services?
This can be arranged. Please contact us in advance if this is something you need.

Do you provide pallet trucks?
This can be arranged. Please contact us in advance if this is something you need.

Do you have refreshment facilities/vending machines?
No, we do not have vending machines on site.

I have no photographic identification, can I still store my stuff?
We require photographic ID. Without it we are unable to offer our services to you. If you do not have any photographic ID you can order an ID card from CitizenCard, who offer cards at competitive rates. Please note that CitizenCard are in no way affiliated with us.

Is there anyone available to help me unload when I arrive?
This is not a service we provide. At an additional cost we can arrange for help, please contact us for more information.

Is there disabled access?
All entrances are accessible for the disabled. Due to the way the containers are built there is a small step from the ground to the bottom of the container. Please be aware that our site has a gravel surface. Please let us know if you require any special assistance and we will be more than glad to help.

Do you have WiFi?
No, this is not a service we provide.

Do you have pay phones?
No, we do not have pay phones on site.

What do I need to do when I want to move out?
7 days written notice should be given.

What happens if I don't give notice?
If notice is not given you will be invoiced for each individual day that notice has not been given for.

I've forgotten/lost my key. What can I do?
We do not keep container keys on site. We are unable to unlock the container for you. Provided you can produce identification, we can break the lock for you but you will be charged for this. Any damage made to the container as a result of this will also be invoiced to you. Please ensure that you have a new lock to replace the old one.

What identity documents do I need to bring for verification?
We accept driving licenses, passport, national ID cards. We may request to see a utility bill (Water, landline phone, electricity, gas etc.)

What are the sizes of your containers?
Containers can be provided at different sizes. Please contact us for more information.

What is the minimal rental period?
The minimum rental period is 30 days.

Can you be accessed by public transport?
The site is accessible by local transport. Please take a look at our Find Us page where we have provided information on how to get to us over a variety of different transport methods.

Are there any weight limits?
No, there are no weight limits.

Do you offer any recycling facilities?
No, this is not a service we provide. If you have a large amount of waste that needs to be disposed of we can arrange for collection and disposal at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

Why do I need to supply ID?
We ask for ID to ensure that you are who you say you are. There may be times when we are approached by the authorities where we will be asked to identify who is using a container. Under no circumstances do we allow anything illegal on our premises or in our containers and we will fully co-operate with the authorities should they ask.
